Chef's Table offers a vast selection of fine wine from around the globe and was honored with Wine Spectator's Best of Award of Excellence in 2010 and 2011. The wine program includes selections brought from Executive Chef Eric McDowell's private collection. Eric originally began to assemble the Chef's Table wine collection over six years ago and he continues to attend wine auctions to acquire new bottles. Our wine list is currently maintained, and continually expanded, by wine director Jay Berry. We are proud to offer a list that caters to every price range and taste. Should you need assistance, Jay is always glad to answer questions or make personalized recommendations for you. Our wine collection is meticulously cared for in the wine room, a beautiful space that doubles as a private dining area for up to sixteen guests. The wine room is available upon request.
