Wine program... Chef's Table offers a vast selection of fine wine from around the globe. Our wine list, assembled over the past five years from the collection of executive chef Eric McDowell and developed by sommelier Stephanie Caraway, is currently maintained and continually expanded by sommelier Jay Berry, and caters to every price range and taste. Bottles are meticulously cared for in the wine room, a beautiful space that doubles as a private dining area. The wine room comfortably seats up to sixteen guests and is available upon request. |
